Autavia 2446c

An all new 3 register 12 hour Autavia 2446c was launched in 1968/69. It featured a larger 40mm diameter compression case housing a Valjoux 72 movement. Bezel options included H (hour), MH (minute/hour) and Tachymeter. Two different cases were used with subtle differences including the fit diameter of the bezel. In general first cases had engraved back, plain pushers and plain steel hands. Second cases had plain backs, fluted pushers and hour and minute hands with black insert. There were two dial variants, the early example with ridged hour markers and the later having steel with black insert hour markers with red accents printed on the dial.
